Thermal people counting systems

Thermal systems use special sensors. Typical systems usually realized as built-in equipment, the counter installed on the ceiling nearby the front group. It works on the principle of changing the thermal background in the field of counter.

The visitors are recognizing by sensor as thermal “spots”, which successively crossing the input/output lines (detection zone). The unit “looks" downward and detects the heat generated by people, who passing under it, defining it as infrared radiation collected through a lens. Maximum width of counting zone per one counter – 4.5 m. Passage width is not limited.
